How long does it take to receive my stationery order?
I understand you are anxious to get your fantastic stationery and start using it! Since each order is handmade, please keep in mind some orders may take longer to process than others. All item pages are noted with an estimated processing time, but are typically as follows:
- - non-personalized items usually ship within 2-3 business days
- - personalized items usually ship within 4-5 business days
- - special orders will be shipped based upon the initial quote
If there will ever be a delay in shipping, you will be notified as soon as possible. Once shipped, United States Postal Service Priorty Mail quotes are typically 2-4 business days.
Do you ship out of the United States?
At this time, Bliss does not ship outside of the United States, but we hope to update this soon!
When and how can I track my order?
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Each shipment will include delivery confirmation, and your tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
It is my number one goal to provide you with an amazing product that you love! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within three business days of receipt for return instructions. Once your return has been received in its original condition, you will receive a store credit (less initial shipping) for the purchase price.
Please note: returns are not accepted on any personalized items. Each personalized order includes a .pdf preview of the file to review for changes and/or errors, including typos and accurate information (such as locations and spelling of names). Once this file has been approved, I do not make an additional changes to it, and send it to print “as is”. Should you realize after giving approval that additional changes are required, it will be at the buyer’s expense.
